Sunday Roasts at Poco

There is no menu, you just get it all, and it's bottomless!
We switch our roast off between May and September

You can book either a 1pm sitting or a 4pm sitting

We serve our roasts family style.. that means not on a plate but in the middle of your table and you serve yourself.. when it runs out, we fill it up.

Salt Marsh shoulder of lamb

East Sussex porcetta home rolled  (both our meats are roasted for 5-7 hours and rested for 4 hours)

Roasted Potatoes

Roasted parsnips

Roasted sweet carrots

Nonna's creamed garlic leeks

Char grilled hispi cabbage 

French green beans with lemon and garlic drizzle

Salsa Verde and of course incredible gravy
